Hermione at Serenity Therapies is a very talented therapist. I received two lymphatic drainage massages and one Indian head massage from her and they were all incredibly effective and relaxing. She is friendly, calming, and dedicated to her craft. Having my face scanned a week ago was eye-opening. I was surprised to learn just how dehydrated my skin was and which ingredients, like retinol, I should be cautious with due to my sensitivity. I was applying retinol regularly and I couldn't understand why I looked more tired than radiant. Thankfully, Victoria recommended products suited for my sensitive skin. I have to say, my favourite is the enzyme powder cleanser – I like how it changes from powder to a smooth paste when I add water and it’s so gentle. The products also have a lovely scent, and already, my skin feels rehydrated and refreshed. I can't wait to see the difference in my next skin check!
