Learner Entry Requirements: Learners must have previously completed and achieved an anatomy and physiology qualification at a minimum of Level 4,with a core knowledge of facial anatomy and Level 4 investigative consultation and advance skin assessment

Course aims

The aim of the Focus Awards Level 4 Certificate in Chemical Skin Peeling Treatments is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to safely provide chemical peels.

Course Structure

This qualification is internally assessed.  Once you have completed your theory at home and some written assignments, you will then attend a 1 day practical training day, working on at least 3 models.

After this you will complete and submit 3 case studies.  Once these have been approved, you will need to conduct 3 observations (can be done face to face or via Zoom).

You will need access to a computer and Word (or equivalent).

Kit

You will need a chemical peel kit.
